About this website
This policy describes the website at freemp3wmaconverter.com. It does not replace the terms or privacy information presented by software or an optional third-party installer.
Local media processing
The desktop tools process your audio, video and disc projects on your Windows PC. This website does not require you to upload media files for those tasks.
Server access records
When your browser requests a page, image or download, the web server receives network information such as your IP address, request time, requested address, browser information and referring address when provided. These records support website operation, troubleshooting and aggregate traffic analysis.
Optional Google Analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people visit, how they arrive and which software download links they click. A download click does not tell us whether a download or installation was completed.
We do not load the Google Analytics tag until you accept it. You may accept or decline with the same controls; the free downloads work either way. Reopen Google Analytics settings at the bottom of the page to change your choice.
If you accept, Google receives basic browser and device information, page and referring addresses and download link paths. We remove fragments and arbitrary query parameters from addresses sent by our measurement code. Limited campaign labels, utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign, may be retained. We do not enable Google signals, advertising personalization or account User-ID tracking. Google processes network information, including the IP address used to connect to its service.
Your choice is saved in browser storage for up to 180 days, with session or current-page fallback if storage is unavailable. Google Analytics cookies are created only after acceptance, with a configured lifetime of up to 180 days. Declining or withdrawing stops subsequent Google Analytics events from the current page and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies for this site. Withdrawal cannot undo information already sent.
Read Google’s Privacy Policy and Google Analytics data safeguards.
Optional installer invitation
The Windows setup may download and open the official RelevantKnowledge research invitation. Participation is optional. You can decline the invitation or skip its download and still install and use the free app.
RelevantKnowledge is research software from TMRG, a Comscore company. It describes its collection of browsing and application activity in its own consent screen, privacy policy and terms. We may receive compensation if you join. Opening the invitation does not mean that you have accepted participation.
Review the official RelevantKnowledge privacy policy and terms before deciding. If installed, manage or remove RelevantKnowledge separately in Windows Settings.
Contact and external links
If you contact support by email, the information you choose to include is used to understand and respond to your request. Do not include private media or sensitive personal information unless necessary. External websites have their own privacy practices.
