Q 01: How do I input more than one file at a time?
A: You can select the files by clicking "Add..." button. Or you can select a file at first, and then holding down the Shift key and left clicking on the individual song to check those songs between these two songs. Or clicking "Ctrl + A" to select all files in the folder. The information of those files you have selected will appear in the conversion list.
Q 02: I want to know how can I modify the setting of the output files, such as the size or the resolution, etc.?
A: On the right side of the software interface, you can modify the "Profiles, Audio Channel, Frame, Size, Audio/Video/Sampling Rate" of the output files.
Q 03: How can I get MP3 files transferred to PSP?
A: Please just copy MP3 files into the "MUSIC" folder, one of the sub-folders under "PSP" folder. For example, if the removable drive number for your PSP is "F", please copy them into "F:\PSP\MUSIC". If you can not find it, please create such a path yourself.
Q 04: While attempting to convert a WMA file to WAV or MP3, the converter does not seem to be responding. What could be the problem?
A: Unfortunately, a major inconvenience with WMA files at present is that many files are protected, or locked. As far as we know, protected WMA files cannot be converted with any software. Some WMA files are intentionally protected, while others are automatically protected upon creation by the producing software.
A: As an audio converter program, Free Mp3/Wma/Ogg Converter is completely free to use. In case you want to input video files, you need to upgrade it to Plus version, which takes $29.95.
